Cancellation Policy

Travel Hosting (TH) is a privately-owned company, not affiliated with any event or other organization, and will be providing you and/or your business with hotel accommodation reservation and booking services. (TH) is offering Hotel Room Reservation and Booking Services for you and your company. (TH) provides competitive room rates and service pricing due to its ability to reserve, hold, and pre-pay for rooms for its clients at the time of reservation. Confirmation numbers for your accommodations will be emailed to you within 7 business days of the initial booking. To make changes to your reservations, please email, and (TH) will make every effort to adjust, change, and ensure our customers' utmost satisfaction. While there is no guarantee that (TH) will be able to accommodate the requested changes, it depends on the availability and the cancellation policy of the reservation.

Changes made prior to 30 days before the check-in date will not incur a fee. Changes made after 30 days prior to check-in will be subject to at least a 1-night and tax penalty for each change made, in addition to any fees, costs, and taxes charged by the hotel. Any refunds due to changes or cancellations will be processed within 10-15 business days. Reservations must be canceled in writing. Additionally, if the entire reservation is canceled, you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of room accommodation. This cancellation fee reflects the (TH) services already rendered on your behalf, monies already paid on your behalf, and monies earned by (TH) for services already performed. (TH) reserves the right. (TH) does not accept cancellation requests for the entire reservation within the 30 days prior to the arrival date. It is only subject to changes in dates, names, or anything other than complete cancellation. (TH) does not accept changes or cancellation requests within 14 days prior to check-in. (TH) does not provide refunds for early check-outs or no- shows.


Travel Hosting allows customers to make changes to their reservations without penalties. Based on our experience, we understand that customers often need to modify dates or cancel a room or two. This policy is in place to ensure our customers have peace of mind, knowing that their reservations are secure, accurate, and align with their accommodation needs. However, we have noticed that in some cases, customers make an excessive number of amendments or cancellations. If Travel Hosting believes that such amendments exceed a reasonable amount or that any changes constitute an abuse of the policy, we reserve the right to impose the following penalties at our discretion: You may not cancel more than 45% of the rooms you originally requested if your rooming list exceeds 3 rooms. For each amendment beyond the initial 3, there will be a $50 fee. We kindly request that you finalize your rooming list at least 40 days before your check-in date, if possible. Should you need to make more than 3 changes or cancel more than 45% of your reservation, you may be subject to a penalty of no less than 1 night's charge per room, in addition to any other penalties imposed by the hotel or Travel Hosting. Please note that this policy is intended for customers who abuse our cancellation and change policy and does not apply to customers who conduct business within the normal parameters. This revised version clarifies the policy and makes it easier for customers to understand the terms and conditions.
